Who is K.Flo for?

K.Flo is for children and adults, from 3 years and onwards who are on or starting on a ketogenic diet.

Why has K.Flo been prescribed?

K.Flo is a food specially designed for use in the ketogenic diet. It should only be taken by you or your child when prescribed by your ketogenic team, and under their guidance.

How much K.Flo will be required?

The ketogenic diet is individual to everyone. Your ketogenic team will advise how much and how frequently K.Flo should be consumed by you or your child.

The amount of K.Flo prescribed will depend on several factors:

  • The type of ketogenic diet prescribed
  • Age
  • Weight
  • Activity levels

If any of these factors change, your ketogenic team will advise on how to alter the amount of K.Flo.
