Cauliflower Cheese

Step 1

Pre heat the oven to 180c 160c fan or gas mark 5.  

Step 2

Place K.Quik, xanthan gum and ½ the cheese into a thick bottom pan.  

Step 3

Stir vigorously and bring to the boil. The sauce will start to thicken.  

Step 4

Place the cauliflower in an oven proof dish, pour the cheese sauce over the top and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.  

Step 5

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
