IDDSI Level 6 Soft & Bite-sized:
Step 1

Add celeriac to a saucepan, cover with water. On a high heat bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until soft, drain well.

Step 2

Add cooked celeriac to a bowl with cheese, betaquik®, butter, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Mash with a fork and serve.

Step 1

Repeat steps 1 and 2 of IDDSI level 6 method.

Step 2

Blend ingredients until a smooth thick purée is achieved.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 of IDDSI level 6 method.

Step 2

Add 100ml boiled water and blend until smooth.
