This ketogenic diet recipe provides approximately:

Step 1

Mix egg, melted butter, MCTprocal and water to make a smooth batter.

Step 2

Add grated cheese to the batter.

Step 3

Heat spray oil in small frying pan over medium heat and add batter.

Step 4

Cook for 2 minutes, flip pancake and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.

Step 5

Add chopped tomatoes and ham to top of pancake.

Step 6

Fold pancake or serve as it is.

Top Tips

Ensure the pan is hot before adding batter

 

Serving suggestion

Vary the filling e.g. serve with smoked salmon and cream cheese.
